Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Good Girls Book Club many of our products are made to order so we try to minimise returns as much as possible, but we want you to love your purchase so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping label, we advise using a tracked service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Custom designs
  • Personalised items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your specific item, please get in touch before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@goodgirlsbookclub.com.
