Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Good Girls Book Club! We’re excited to get your order to you and want the shipping process to be as smooth as possible.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Please note Pre-orders will have a different processing time.

Pre-Order Apparel

In order to reduce waste, our apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. We recommend checking the product description for specific details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

· UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

· UK Expedited Tracked Shipping: 1-2 business days

· International Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier and custom delays, which are beyond our control.

International Shipping
We’re happy to serve our readers worldwide! International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these charges or cover them for you.

Order Tracking
Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you’d like to receive a tracking number, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. Your tracking details will be shared with you via email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your package’s journey to you!

Damages & Shipping Issues
We do our best to package every order with care, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing, please contact us right away at hello@goodgirlsbookclub.com so we can make it right.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
