Orders will only be shipped and prepared after invoice confirmation. Current lead time is 2-5 working days, shipped by tracked service. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted with prior written authorisation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted.
